This class will enable you to strengthen your abdominal muscles (transversus abdominis, obliques, etc.) using specific bodyweight exercises such as crunches, planks and montain climbers ....

In addition to a slimmer stomach and waistline, toned abdominal muscles keep your torso upright and relieve strain on the lower back. The abdominals are among the most powerful muscles in the body, transferring force between the upper and lower body. They're constantly in demand, helping you to walk, run, jump, improve your speed and posture, breathe better, digest... and when you give birth.

Ideal for combining with a cardio class from our sports program.
